Leader
S: LF fwd | Facing DW | HT | Start to turn L | Swau(S) | CBM | Start to rise e/o 1
Compress right shoulder (hip and foot), use CBM sending Lady to inside of turn, stretch abdominal muscle through strong diagonal to the left
Q: RF to side LF brushes towards RF | Facing LOD | T (RF), then IE of T of LF | 1/8 between 1-2 | Sway(L) | Continue to rise on 2
Swing motion.
Q: LF to side and slightly fwd | Pointing DC | TH | 1/8 between 2-3. body turns less | Sways(S) | Up. Lower e/o 3
When landing on LF, small range of motion to recover from sway.
S: RF fwd in CBMP, OP | Facing DC | H | -- | Sway(S) | CBM | --
Note unusual type of rise
Follower
S: RF back | Backing DW | TH | Start to turn L | Sway(S) | CBM | Start to rise e/o 1 NFR
Small CBM through the hip allowing L hip to release back. Step RF back, anchor right shoulder. R hip is moving across inside of right foot which will allow the hip to swing. Body is picked up through strong diagonal.
Q: LF to side, RF brushes towards LF | Backing LOD | T (LF) then IE of T of RF | 1/8 between 1-2 | Sway(R) | Continue to rise on 2
When traveling backwards, never turn shoulders so you don't cross center line. When going back, upper body is not a rotary motion, body should be stretching diagonal.
Left side is very lengthened, stretched. Head shaped to right. Keep elbows in front of body. Pick up stomach back to spine.
Q: RF to side and slightly back | Backing DC | TH | 1/8 between 2-3, body turns less | Sway(S) | Up. Lower e/o 3
Then dissolve the sway.
S: LF back in CBMP | Backing DC | T | -- | Sway(S) | CBM | --
Note:
Hover Telemark can finish in Promenade Position. See Hover Telemark to PP.
