Press into L leg, first sit, R leg straight fwd, lifted off ground, point R toe.
&1: weight is kept on L leg
Ronde R leg to side, straighten L knee, R leg straight out to side, high ronde.
Then lowering into L kneed again, R knee bend, hook. Upper body poised forward.
Both arms are connected with Man, Lady's L arm more horizontal straight forward. R arm bent at elbow, also connected with Man. stretch.
