Leader

  1. S: RF fwd | FDW | HT | Start to turn R | Sway(S) | CBM | start to rise e/o 1

    • Do not lean on Lady, keep R shoulder flat.

  3. Q: RF closes to LF | BLOD | TH | 1/8 to R between 2-3 | Sway(R) | Up, lower e/o 3

    • Collect at e/o 3

  4. S: LF back | BLOD | TH | cont to turn R | Sway(S) | CBM | -

  5. S: RF to side, small step (heel pull) | FDW of new LOD | H, IE of foot, WF | 3/8 between 4-5 | Sway(S) | --

    • The heel pull can be underturned to face new LOD.

  6. S: LF fwd | FDW | H | -- | Sway(S) | slight CBM | --

Follower

  1. S: LF back | BDW | TH | starts to turn R | Sway(S) | CBM | start to rise e/o 1, NFR

    • Pay special attention not to tilt shoulder. Shoulder needs to maintain flat throughout. Head follows elbow.

    • When stepping back, roll from toe to heel, gives you more distance, bigger step, so body doesn't go further than feet.

    • Use CBM, body and feet are already turning slightly.

    • When preceding step finishes with head turned to R, on this S, do not turn head sharp to left. Leave head and turn body underneath, smooth movement.

  2. Q: RF side | PLOD | T | 3/8 between 1-2 | body turns less | Sway(L) | Up

    • Make sure to clear space for Man to pass and not block him.

  3. Q: LF close to RF | FLOD | TH | body completes turn | Sway(L) | Up, lower e/o 3

  4. S: RF fwd | FLOD | HT | start to turn R | Sway(S) | CBM | --

    • Big driving step.

  5. S: LF to side | Back new LOD | TH | 1/4 between 4-5 | Sway(S) | --

    • Technically it's a side step. But in practice, it's often a fwd step, then turn.

    • Do not step too early, wait till Man finishes his heel turn part and and step/place weight as the Man does the "pull" part.

  6. S: RF back | BDW | T | 1/8 between 5-6 | Sway(S) | slight | --

    • Collect RF first before stepping back. Big step.

Notes:

  • The step can be underturned to end Man facing new LOD, in which case, 1/4 turn should be completed between 4-5.
