Q: LF fwd in CBMP | DW | H | 1/8 to L between 1-2 | CBM
Use CBM. Tail bone straight down. Fast feet.

Keep knee shaped in, do not open up the knee.

Prepare through L hip, then step onto RF.

Do not lift R knee up too high, keep it small, simple, keep it compact in the feet.
