Curl is a Silver Level figure. Commence in Open Position
2: LF fwd
3: Transfer weight to RF
4 1: Close LF to RF
2: RF back
Continue with steps 4-6 of Spiral. Finish in Fan.
3: Transfer weight to LF | 1/8 to L over step 5 and 6
4 1: RF to side to Fan Position
Follower
2: RF back | No turn
Give it a moment to be "tall", stomach back, chest forward before settling. Then, really settle, R shoulder connect down to right hip, R arm stay rounded.
3: Transfer weight to LF
Chest forward first, crunch right side, then, pendulum diagonal forward, crunch left side and hip twist at last split second and be fast.
4 1: RF fwd, then turn allowing LF to cross loosely in front without weight (Spiral Turn)
RF fwd, slightly cross to L, let upper body turn L first, keep R arm same level (do not drop) and rounded.
Turn is made on ball of RF with foot flat (T of LF). Trailing foot is connected with floor with 5% weight while doing Curl.
At "1", still need to settle into R hip.
2: LF fwd
Fan finish.
Settle hip.
3: RF fwd and slightly across, then turn to end RF back
RF forward, slightly cross feet, upper thighs tight, sharp left turn. Push LF after turn,
4 1: LF back in Fan Position
For Fan finish, L hip to side, (do not rotate L to open up), keep thighs very tightly closed. Then, at "&", rotate L hip to draw RF in sharply, then twist hip to R into next figure.
