  1. S: LF fwd | Facing LOD | HT | Start to turn L | Sway(S) | CBM | start to rise e/o1

    • Be aware of Man's center. Drive toward the Man, but not shaping too early.

    • This figure has delayed reaction to Man's body. Man takes head to the foot and then develops the shape out of standing leg.

  2. S: RF to side, LF brushes towards RF | Facing center, end facing DC against LOD | T | 1/4 to L between 1 and 2. Continue to turn 1/8 on step 2. | Sway(L) | - | Continue to rise on 2

    • To be stable, right shoulder, hip and leg need to be all lined up, weight on RF

    • R side (ribs) to Man (which will pull hip forward and collect the legs), R hip/middle to Man. Then turn head, stretch/extend.

    • Connection is lower (hips, upper legs is pressing with Man), allowing even more extension.

    • Think of the shape coming from lower part of abdominal first, then taking the curve up to upper body.

    • Don't just bend back from waist and fall back.

    • The side connects to arm. When giving right ribs/side, the tone extends to R arm and give that toned arm/hand to Man forward.

    • At beginning: head can still kept left throughout the figure. When more comfortable, head can be more free, open to the right at end of 1st S, then close and turn to L when developing shaping.

  3. S: LF diag fwd | Facing DC against LOD | TH | -- | Sway(S) | - | Up. Lower e/o 3.

    • After lowering at e/o step 3, hips turn R, makes space to move legs in between. Typically, you breathe out when coming down.

  4. S: RF fwd in CBMP; OP | Facing DC against LOD | H | -- | Sway(S) | CBM | --
