Follower

  1. Q: RF back in CBMP | BDC | BH | CBM

    • Left side is picked up and forward, do not peel it off and take it backward, which will feel heavy to Man. Do not allow left side to rotate downwards and leftwards.

  2. Q: LF to side and slightly fwd | Pointing down LOD | Whole Foot | 3/8 to L between 2-3

    • Not a powerful step, so the footwork is Whole Foot.

  3. S: RF closes to LF slightly back | Facing LOD | Whole Foot

    • Shoulder is slightly turned to right (relative to hips).

  4. Q: LF fwd | Down LOD | H | CBM

  5. Q: RF to side and slightly back | BDW | IE of BH | 3/8 to L between 5-6

    • RF is more like stepping forward, but ending to the side.

  6. S: LF closes to RF slightly fwd | BDW | Whole Foot

Note:

    • Alternative timing: QQ&QQS (1/2 1/4 1/4 1/2 1/2 1)

    • This is also called Viennese Cross.

    • There is foot closing together, but the movement should be continuous, not stopped, not interrupted. Body doesn't stop even when feet are closed.
