• S: RF to R, start going around Man.

• QQQQQQ: LF crosses in the back, RF to side, going around Man; LF crosses in front, RF to side; LF crosses in back, RF to side

• S: LF crosses in front, RF collect

• QQ: RF to side and turning L complete one full turn QQ

• S: RF to side, to basic.
