  1. S: RF fwd | Facing DW | HT | start to turn R | Sway(S) | CBM | rise e/o 1

    • Leading heel turn, stretch body through diagonal. The sway is less than other figures. There is more rotation in this figure.

  2. Q: LF to side | Backing DC | T | 1/4 between 1-2 | Sway(R) | Up

    • Continue turning through the feet.

  3. Q: RF side (small step) | Facing DC | T | 1/2 between 2-3. | Sway(S) | Up

    • Compress into knee without lowering into heel.

    • Continue through diagonal.

  4. Q: LF diag fwd, preparing to step OP, L side leading | Facing DC | T | -- | Sway(L) | Up

    • Heel Turn to Right, access point is through left shoulder. Body has strong diagonal, feel body is going forward, don't think about bending upper body backward.

  2. Q: RF closes to LF (Heel Turn) | Facing LOD | HT | 3/8 between 1-2 | Sway(L) | continue to rise on 2

  3. Q: LF to side, RF brushes toward LF | Backing DC | T | 3/8 between 2-3 | Sway(S) | Up

    • Take head and weight to LF, compress L knee, then brush RF.

    • This step stays on T, there is no toe release for LF into next step.

  4. Q: RF diag back R side leading | Backing DC | TH | -- | Sway(R) | Up

    • Bring LF underneath body, skimming floor, then step back.

  5. Q: LF back in CBMP | Backing DC | TH | -- | Sway(S) | Up. NFR. Lower e/o 5

    • There is RF toe release when LF is stepping back on this step.
