S: LF back, pivot, RF held in CMBP | BLOD | THT | 1/2 pivot turn to R, continue to turn R
Strong range of motion, curving body to inside of the turn.
After landing weight onto LF, keep body shaped slightly to left (do not square up shoulders and hips, shoulder is diagonal - relative to traveling direction, R side diagonal fwd stretched)
S: RF fwd in CBMP | LOD | HT | 3/8 turn to R
Do not allow head and body tip to the right.
Q: LF to side, slightly back | BDC | T
Swing L side forward and around Lady.
Q: RF back, R side leading | BDC | T
Keep the angle through body and hips, poised fwd toward Lady. Do not square up.
S: LF back, small step, CBMP | BDC | TH

SQQ: "Spin Turn" part
Get shoulder weight connecting down to foot (previous step), using the standing leg to push. then pivot on RF.
Do not use shoulders to help with the turn. Power comes from the leg.
S: LF back, slightly leftwards | BLOD | T | 3/8 to R
Use the ball of LF. Flex into the knee. swivel on LF.
Q: RF fwd, slightly rightwards | DC | T
Relax R shoulder down to RF, R knee is bent. then drive next step.
The strongest side, the driving side is the lowest point , not the swinging side.
Q: LF fwd, L side leading | DC | T
