This is a Bronze figure, used when switching from Natural Turn to Reverse Turn. Man dances RF Forward Change Step and Lady dances LF Backward Change Step. Start with Man facing DC, turning 1/8 to step RF forward along LOD.

Use RF invite and draw LF in. Stay grounded. Do not lift LF and place it next to RF. 

Keep head left. 

Note: After the first half of a natural turn, to change to reverse turns, the man can perform the LF Backward Change Step (the Lady's part above), while the lady does the RF forward change.
