    • Maintain the body position, rotate only on the man's back steps.

  2. Q: Transfer weight forward to LF in CBMP | Against LOD | H

    • Very upward, strong stretch on right side.

    • Styling option: simply staying left, or, look at each other. More neutral position, so you have more to "give" in the next Corte
