  1. Start: Lady LF extend forward, weight on RF. Man walks to Lady, ending RF back.
    • Take the time, do not rush, Lady finish extending L leg at the same time Man come gets into his position.
  2. 4 1: Lady LF back, delayed walk
    • keep L leg in a straight line, delay moving spin back. Move on the very end "&" (in "1&").
  3. Forward Walk, Open Hip Twist ending in Fan Position(2341 2341)
    • 2: Lady RF back 
    • 3: replace weight on LF
    • 41: LF straight forward, do not go to the right side of Man. At end of "1&", turn 1/2 to right
    • 2341: Forward Walk Turn to Fan position
  4. 2 swivels: Lady: (2341 2341)
    • 2: RF closes to LF
    • 3: LF forward
    • 41: RF forward, swivel 1/2 on "&"
    • 2: LF forward
    • 3: hold on 3, swivel 1/2 on "&"
    • 41: RF forward, swivel 1/2 on "&"
  5. Swivel, Spiral, and three step turn (2341 2341)
    • 2: LF forward, swivel on "&"
    • 3: RF forward, R arm all the way up, spiral on "&", R arm down in front
    • 4 1: finish the spiral, hold (LF extended in front, weight on RF back)
    • 2, 3: no weight change, use body, spine forward on 2, R hip back, sending spine more forward on 3, but no weight change.
      • "Internal" figure 8 in still happening, body should not stay still.
    • 4 & 1: three step turn
      • end of previous step: push off RF, 
      • 4: LF fwd on ball of LF
      • &: turn, RF close to LF, on ball of both feet, turn a bit over 1/2 turn
      • 1: turn, LF to side, same hip pendulum action, head looks back at Man before overturning on "&"
    • then, at very end on "&", twist L hip, simultaneously, RF forward (not lagging behind), place it straight leg.
      • shoulder flat, L hip twist as much as possible to back (without changing shoulder)
  6. Overturn, swivel, leg draw
    • 2: (over turn from previous step on "&"). Push off LF, pendulum hip and moving spine at the same time, weight on to RF. on "&", swivel 1/2 to R,
    • 3: hold, start from hip flat, then twist R hip to back. rib cage forward to Man. L leg hold in position next to RF.
    • 4: LF forward
    • 1: RF forward, on "&" swivel
    • 2: change weight, 
    • 3: draw R leg up
    • 41: continue to draw R leg up
  7. Syncopated action, forward walk turn into Fan
    • 2: R leg still up
    • 3: R leg down with weight
    • 4&1: syncopated: LF fwd, turn into Fan
