Practice Routine #1 (Man forward change step)

Starting on long wall:
  1. Reverse Turn  (123 123) repeat on long wall
  2. LF Forward Change (Reverse To Natural)  (123) do it near 1st corner
  3. Natural Turn  (123 123) repeat, then underturn at 1st corner to change LOD
  4. Natural Turn  (123 123) repeat, then underturn at 2nd corner to change LOD
  5. RF Forward Change (Natural to Reverse)  (123) ending DW on new long wall.
Repeat #1 on long wall again

Practice Routine #2 (Man backward change step)

Starting on long wall:
  1. Reverse Turn  (123 123) repeat on long wall
  2. Reverse Turn  (123)
  3. RF Backward Change (Reverse To Natural)  (123) at 1st corner, ending BLOD new LOD
  4. Natural Turn  (123) 4-6 on new LOD
  5. Natural Turn  (123 123) repeat as needed on short wall
  6. Natural Turn  (123)
  7. LF Backward Change (Natural to Reverse)  (123) at 2nd corner
  8. Reverse Turn  (123) 4-6 on new long wall
Repeat #1 on long wall again.
