S RF to side, LF brushes towards RF Facing center, end facing DC against LOD T 1/4 to L between 1 and 2. Continue to turn 1/8 on step 2. L - Continue to rise on 2 To be stable, right shoulder, hip and leg need to be all lined up, weight on RF, R side (ribs) to Man, R hip/middle to Man. Then turn head, stretch.

When giving the ribs to Man, it will pull hip forward as well and collect the legs.

Don't just bend back from waist and fall back.

Connection is lower, allowing even more extension.

The side connects to arm. When giving right ribs/side, the tone extends to R arm and give that toned arm/hand to Man forward
