   • Step straight back, not to the side (which will it harder for Lady to catch up).

   • To get around Man (a lot of distance to cover), lower first, then step with CBM, take LF with it, but don't step LF too early.

   • Straighten the R leg (smoothly); do not bent R knee when R heel hit ground.

2. Q: LF to side | BDC | T | 3/8 between 1-2 | Sway(R) | rise e/o 2

   • Step LF to side, late - till after body is turned. The whole motion should be a smooth motion.

   • Get onto LF first, before articulating head. Keep right side very forward to Man in PP.

   • Collect center (belly button) to draw RF

3. Q: RF diag fwd having brushed to LF | Facing DC Against LOD | TH | 1/4 between 2-3 | Sway(S) | up, lower e/o 3

   • Really push off LF. (body should be on Man's R side)

   • Head can optionally turn to R if Man does the shaping.

   • Lower first, then step. Make sure upper body does not go into Man first and then shape back out (it's often unconsciously done.) Keep upper body shape.

   • Don't take arm back. Arm "breathes", forward to Man. Head changes back to left (if it was previously turned to R.)
