Follower
Count 1: RF back | BDC | TH | start to turn L | Sway(S) | CBM | rise slightly e/o 1, NFR
This is "Open Telemark"
Straight back, do use CBM, but do not veer to right which will cut in front of Man. When doing CBM, it really just makes body "neutral", do not over do CBM, which will pull Man.
Rotate through the hip, changing sway angle through the upper body (upward leftward diagonal), connect the R shoulder and R hip down. anchor, pull in center.
Count 2: LF closes to RF (Heel Turn) | FLOD | HT | 3/8 btwn 1-2 | Sway(R) | cont rise on 2
Anchor, pull in center. Let base rotate. Do not cross center of Man.
Heel turn, close feet slowly
Count 3: RF diag. fwd in PP, R side leading | Pointing LOD | TH | slightly body turn to L | Sway(S) | up, lower e/o 3
Completing the Telemark with body turning to PP.
Count 1: LF fwd and across in PP and CBMP | Pointing LOD, moving DW | HT | start to turn L | Sway(S) | CBM | start to rise e/o 4
This is "Cross Hesitation"
Count 2: RF to side | Backing Wall | T | 1/4 L btwn 4-5 | Sway(L) | cont to rise on 5 and 6
Swing R hip ahead of body.
Count 3: LF closes to RF | BDW | TH | 1/8 btwn 5-6 | Sway(L) | lower e/o 6
Add shaping to left.
